  1. Shipping will be done within 24hrs of order received.
  2. Once shipped we will share the AWB no/ shipping details/ Delivery partner details.
  3. If not delivered within 7 working days, the customers can contact our customer support or request for a refund/ cancellation for the product.
  4. Free shipping across Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar and Vangani on Min order value of ₹499/-
  5. Rs.30/- Shipping charges for order Value less than 499/-
  6. No exchange on cosmetics, Hair colour, Facewash.
  7. Pay on delivery
  8. Pls note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
  9. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
